Housed within the Lancaster House Hotel (far removed from your typical Blackpool hotel), the kitchen is presided over by executive chef and patron Barrie Roberts.

Barrie brings his fine pedigree to Oliver's and his inimitable style of British & French cuisine, characterised by his insistence on using only the finest and freshest ingredients

Lounge Bar

Currently open Wednesday to Saturday from 5.30pm (last check-in 9.30pm) and Sunday lunch from 1.00pm - last order 4.30pm). Oliver's offers a wonderful a la carte selection, which changes monthly, with all dishes cooked to order.

Vegetarians and special dietary requirements are catered for.
